TO OUR CLIENTS in regard to Covid-19:

Part of the Veterinary Oath that we take includes the Protection of Public Health. We understand the importance of preventing the spread of disease to the greater community and vulnerable individuals. Many of our doctors, technicians, and receptionists have families with varying degrees of health concerns, and keeping them safe is our top priority. At the same time, we realize that your pets are a vital part of your family and deserve to have continued care whenever possible.  We have been working hard to determine how to provide the best care to our patients while protecting the health of our staff and clients.

– If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, or shortness of breath), we ask that you please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients.

– If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have a recent exposure and are currently isolating, don’t hesitate to let us know  and we can arrange curbside service.

– Please be patient with our staff as the pandemic has increased our caseload and call volume.  We will make every effort to address your concern as promptly as possible.

Thank you for helping us to provide the safest environment for all of our clients and staff. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (507)345-5900.
